Pink ADHD Pill + 6 MONTH UPDATE ˚.🎀༘⋆
Have u guys taken Vyvanse?🌷˚ʚ💗ɞ˚ 🌷
Hey guys ! so I have had ADHD my whole life but got diagnosed at 18 (now 23). up until this week i was taking guanfacine , a non stimulate ADHD medication. It really wasn't doing much . Recently i asked my doctor to switch me to adderall but instead she recommended something called Vyvanse since i would only have to take 1 pill instead of two adderalls a day. Yesterday i took it for the first time! For one was not expecting it to be my favorite color. A beautiful sign from the universe that this may be my missing puzzle piece.... I FELT AMAZING. NORMAL if that makes sense to those with ADHD. I was able to actually focus on one task without having my brain have 30 thousand conversations in the background. was able to complete my tasks without stress and anxiety. Things that I were putting off for months I was able to now complete with little to no anxiety. My smoking intake also drastically decreased. So far i love this medication but again, this is only my second day. Wondering if anyone out there has taken vyvanse and what was your experience
🍰 𐔌 MY UPDATE ꒱ 💌 (06/23/25)
so it's been almost 6 months of me being on this medication and it has truly changed my life. My anxiety has decreased. I'm getting things done without the constant racing thoughts beforehand of doing things. My social life is slowly getting better. I've been able to put myself back in school and actually sit down and study for hours on end without spacing off and or getting distracted. This medication has truly changed my life, but I will say that you can't just take the medication and expect results.
If you really want it to work you have to remember to make a good schedule routine and plan that works for you and your daily life. each person is different, but the best plan for me has been using an ADHD phone planner , index cards, and daily alarms.
I feel like the biggest con with this medication is that it suppresses your appetite 100% if you do not eat before taking this medication, there's a good chance that you may forget to eat the rest of the day and this is very very important because I feel like the medication doesn't fully work unless you have some food in your stomach to go along with it. if you're someone that may struggle with eating like myself, mentally prepare yourself to already figure out a eating routine & a workout routine thats fit for you. It's been about six months since I've been on the medicine, but I haven't been proactive on my eating and working out until recently ( three weeks ago) and the second I did start to work out. I did notice that my appetite increased 100%. I was so hungry even on the medication so it's just very important you find a workout routine and diet that works best for you.
The only other con that I feel like is very important with this medication is it will cause you to have dry mouth and jaw lock. A lot of therapist and psychiatrist don't bring this up, I don't know why but my dentist is the one that recommended me a dry mouthwash, and you can also get them in pills and chewable tablets. if you're doing the mouthwash rinse once a day. If you're doing the tablet take once a day in the morning.
