Financial frustration

I am venting, but if you have any advice that would be well appreciated. I have a budget of about a little over a $100 a month. However, my bills, including a reoccurring purchase. I have to make twice a day just to get to school.Because i'm using the bus leaves And my mother has given me a hundred about twice a month, and even when i'm trying to spend the money responsibly like, i'm not spending the money on frivolous things.I am somehow still running out of money. also, my highest bill is $90, and that is a bill for a collective of people. I'm just paying it individually
