Feeling drained from work and college
I feel drained from work and college courses . I called off work today to relax my mind and Ben though I requested a day off yesterday and have tomorrow and Tuesday off too. I feel as though I pushed myself time to time mentally and physically and emotionally and then end up exhausted after the 5 days of working. Working and only having two days off cannot be enough time to get yourself together because your ending up doing things on those off days like cleaning cooking and not having time to sit and relax or catch up on sleep am I right or wrong ?
Feeling drained from daily responsibilities is a common issue among students and professionals alike. Many people struggle to balance work and college, leading to mental exhaustion. It’s essential to recognize the signs of burnout, which can include irritability, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. Setting boundaries regarding your work and study time can be beneficial; try to dedicate specific times for study and ensure you have leisure time. Additionally, integrating relaxation techniques such as mindfulness or short breaks throughout your day can help reduce stress levels. Don't forget the importance of adequate sleep and proper nutrition, as these contribute significantly to your overall energy and well-being. Finding time for simple activities you enjoy can also break the cycle of stress. Remember that taking care of yourself is not a luxury; it's a necessity for a balanced life. Taking even small steps towards self-care can lead to meaningful improvements in how you feel.
