Book review: Be kind to yourself
Many times, we can be very kind to others, but when we are cruel, judgmental, or blaming ourselves for even a small thing, it is like being a different person. In fact, "compassion for ourselves" or Self-Compassion is one of the most powerful tools of heart care, but it is something we often overlook.
The work of real doctors, child and adolescent psychiatrists working in the United States, will gradually take us on a journey to explore ourselves through close-in situations such as stress, anxiety, failed attempts, or unrealistic expectations, with understandable and not too cruel to ourselves, easy to digest content, like a friend sitting next to him saying, "You don't have to be perfect."
