Did you know that feeling foggy, numb, or like you’re just going through the motions doesn’t mean you’re failing?

Most of the time, it means your nervous system has been in survival mode for so long that “checking out” feels safer than showing up.

You’re not lazy.

You’re frozen.

And being frozen was your body’s way of keeping you alive in places that didn’t feel safe.

Clear it, gently finding your way through it.

Breath by breath.

Spark by spark.

One tiny step at a time.

You don’t have to disappear from your life anymore.
