Make time for the sunrise ☀️

My grandmother was always one to wake up early. My parents the same way. Up early and up WAY before the sunrise (when it was still dark outside).

As a kid, I never understood that. Why wouldn’t they want to sleep in?! Why as you get older you wake up earlier & earlier?

Now I can appreciate this. The early bird gets the worm! 🐛🐧☀️I love waking up before my family, to be by myself. To have my coffee in silence. To meditate with a clear mind. To see a sunrise is the icing on the cake!

There’s something so beautiful in seeing a sunrise. Magical. Spiritual. Inspiring. My family knows how much I love a beautiful sunrise! They’ll yell out to me “the sun is GORGING today!” And I run to the closest window to see it! I love this tradition we have started in my own family! 💛
