Step 1: Go to Sam.gov and pick a solicitation to work. And it doesn't matter what kind or where it is located because we aren't doing the work.
Step 2: Pull out the 3 important documents of the solicitation to get started. SOW, PRICING SHEET AND ITO. make sure to rewrite the SOW with the main points of all the Whats, How many, where's, and When's to get your message across.
Step 3: Find a subcontractor in the area that is willing to do the work and get give you a quote and send them the SOW.
Step 4: Once you get your pricing add your cost and the subs cost together to get the governments cost.
Step 5: Out everything together according to the ITO and SUBMIT THAT BAD BOY.
