Settings → Apple Intelligence and Siri → Turn off "Talk to Siri."
If you don't turn it off, the microphone will be picking up your voice for 24 hours.

Privacy and Security → Tracking → Turn off "Allow tracking requests from apps."
If you leave it on, you can tell a third party where you went, what you searched for, and what you bought.

Privacy and Security → Analysis and Improvement → All Off.
This is a setting where Apple silently siphons away your personal data, saying "to improve the iPhone."
It's been on since the day I bought it. If you haven't touched it once, it's definitely on.

Privacy and Security → At the bottom, turn off "Personalized Ads" from Apple Ads.
Just do this and your informational ads will disappear.

記事の5設定に加えて、私が「検索されがちなのに見落としやすい」と感じた項目をまとめます。体感ですが、ここを触るだけで“追跡されてる感”がかなり減りました。 ■Safari：サイト越えトラッキングを防ぐ（定番） 設定 → Safari →「サイト越えトラッキングを防ぐ」をオン。広告やSNSの埋め込みで他サイトに行動が渡るのが気になる人はまずここ。あわせて「IPアドレスを非公開（トラッカーから）」が表示されていたらオンにしておくと安心です（表記はiOSのバージョンで少し違います）。 ■Cookieを「許可」すべき？（ログイン目的なら最小限で） 「サードパーティのCookieを許可する」「クッキーを有効にする iPhone」みたいな検索をよく見ますが、基本は“必要なときだけ”が安全寄り。サイトにログインできない等が起きたら、まずSafariの「すべてのCookieをブロック」を確認し、ブロックしすぎていないかだけ見直すのが無難です。 ■Safariのキャッシュ削除は何が起きる？ 設定 → Safari →「履歴とWebサイトデータを消去」。私は重い・表示崩れのときにやります。消すとログアウトされるサイトが増えたり、次回表示が一瞬遅くなることがあります。 ※「スクリーンタイムパスコードが有効になっている間は、履歴の消去はできません」と出る場合 スクリーンタイムが制限している可能性が高いです。設定 → スクリーンタイム →（コンテンツとプライバシーの制限等）でSafariの変更が制限されていないか確認。家族の端末だと管理者設定になっていることもあります。 ■「エアタグ/AirPods持ってないのに通知」対策 身に覚えのない“持ち物があなたと一緒に移動しています”通知は見逃さないでください。通知から詳細を開き、音を鳴らす・見つかった持ち物の情報を確認。設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 位置情報サービスがオフだと検出精度が落ちるので、必要な範囲でオン推奨です。 ■隠れているインジケーター（マイク/カメラの確認） 画面上部の小さな点（オレンジ＝マイク、緑＝カメラ）が出ていないかを私は習慣的にチェックしています。怪しいときはコントロールセンターを開くと、直前にアクセスしたアプリ名が表示されることがあり、犯人特定に役立ちます。 ■「打ち合わせの録音はバレる？」のマナー面 技術的に通知が出ないケースもあるので、“バレる/バレない”より先に、会議や商談は必ず事前に録音の同意を取るのが安全です（社内規定や相手企業のルールも要確認）。 この辺まで押さえると、盗撮不安（カメラ/マイク）と追跡不安（広告/トラッキング）の両方を現実的に潰せます。
