ProzDesign Project Showcase l 437 Tampinesstreet
A home doesn’t always need a complete overhaul to feel new.
Sometimes, it’s about refining what already exists.
This Tampines project focuses on subtle transformation —
enhancing space, improving functionality, and introducing a more cohesive visual flow without overcomplicating the design.
The living area is kept clean and open, with a floating TV console that visually lightens the space while maintaining practical storage. Warm neutral tones and soft textures create a calm, everyday environment that feels both lived-in and intentional.
In the kitchen, existing constraints are carefully worked around.
Custom cabinetry maximises storage while maintaining a clean and seamless look. Integrated lighting adds depth and usability, turning a compact kitchen into an efficient working space.
A highlight of the project is the use of fluted glass as a partition element — allowing light to pass through while maintaining privacy, subtly dividing spaces without making them feel enclosed.
Across the home, built-ins are designed with purpose — not just for aesthetics, but to support daily living. Every detail is considered to balance practicality and visual clarity.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing just enough — and doing it right.
