夫婦で風邪を防ぐためには、寝室を分けるのが効果的だとわかっていても、なかなか実行できないという方も多いと思います。実際私も旦那と一緒に寝ていて毎回風邪をうつされてしまい、そのたびに体調を崩してしまいました。そこで、やはり感染時はお互いの健康を守るために、できるだけ別々の部屋で過ごすことを提案しました。最初は旦那も寂しさから断固拒否でしたが、感染のリスクや体調の悪さを具体的に説明することで、徐々に理解してもらえました。 さらに、寝室以外でも接触を減らすために、共有するものの消毒や手洗いの徹底もお互いに意識するようになりました。加えて、マスクの着用も寝室内の感染防止に有効だと感じています。これらの工夫を続けることで、風邪のうつり方も少しずつ減ってきたように思います。 夫婦関係においては、健康の問題もコミュニケーションが大切です。伝え方一つで相手に受け入れてもらいやすくなるので、気持ちに寄り添いながら対策を話し合うのがおすすめです。寂しい気持ちも理解しつつ、お互いの健康を守るためのバランスを見つけていけると良いですね。
