ツルハで「お薬手帳って無料でもらえるの？」って気になって、実際に店頭で聞いてみました。結論から言うと、多くのケースでお薬手帳は無料でもらえます（ただし在庫状況や店舗運用で違うことがあるので、確実なのは店舗に確認するのが一番でした）。 私がやった流れはシンプルで、レジや調剤薬局の受付で「お薬手帳っていただけますか？」と伝えるだけ。処方箋を出すタイミングで言うとスムーズでした。すでに別のお薬手帳を使っている人でも、「2冊目が必要で…」とか「家族用に…」みたいに理由を添えると案内が早い印象です。 気になる「デザイン」ですが、これも店舗によって選べる幅が違いました。数種類置いてあるところだと、無地っぽいシンプルなもの・やわらかい雰囲気の柄・キャラクター系っぽいものなどから選べることも。私は子どもの分を作りたかったので、ぱっと見で区別しやすい表紙を選びました。デザイン重視の人は、受付で「デザインって選べますか？」と先に聞くのがおすすめです。 あと、もらう前に知っておくと便利だったのがこの2つ。 1) 在庫がない日もある 入荷タイミングで欠品することがあるみたいで、「今日はこの種類しかないです」と言われることがありました。どうしても好みのデザインが欲しい場合は、別日を狙うか、他店舗も含めて聞いてみるのが良さそうです。 2) 既に持っている場合は中身の移し替えを相談 お薬手帳は継続して記録するのが大事なので、前の手帳がある人は持参すると安心でした。私は過去の記録が散らばっていたので、次回からは必ず持っていこうと思いました。 ちなみに、ツルハはアプリで無料サンプルや現品抽選が定期的に変わるので、ヘアケア（シャンプー/トリートメントみたいなダメージケア系）を狙う人はアプリも要チェック。お薬手帳と合わせて、日常の「ちょい得」を積み上げると地味に助かります。
