< Material > For 2 people
・ Fried tofu 2 pieces
2 chives (or green onions 👌🏻)
・ Udon 2 balls
< Seasoning of fried chicken >
・ 50 ml of water
· Sake, soy sauce tablespoon 1
Mirin tablespoon 2
・ Sugar 1 tsp
< Udon soup >
500 ml of water
1 teaspoon soup stock
Soy sauce, mirin tablespoon 1
① Roll the fried tofu with chopsticks (this will make it easier to open 🥢)
② Pour boiling water over the rolled aburaage to drain the oil
③ Put the deep-fried tofu and the seasoning of the deep-fried tofu in a small pot, boil it down until the water flies and take the rough heat (OK if you touch it!)
④ Meanwhile, put the ingredients of the udon soup in a pot and bring to a boil, and boil chives or green onions for about 30 seconds to soften
⑤ When the tempura has cooled down, cut one end a little and stuff it with udon.
