สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบการเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติและชอบกินอาหารสด ๆ จากเขื่อน ร้านเกษรที่ตั้งอยู่ในตลาดปลาริมเขื่อนป่าสักชลสิทธิ์นับว่าเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมากทีเดียวค่ะ จากการไปเองหลายครั้ง ขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวบ้างนะคะ ตลาดตรงท้ายเขื่อนแห่งนี้เป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่คนท้องถิ่นและนักท่องเที่ยวที่อยากลิ้มลองอาหารสดใหม่ได้อย่างแท้จริง มีปลาน้ำจืดหลากหลายชนิด เช่น ปลาคัง ปลาเนื้ออ่อน และปลาบึก ให้เลือกซื้อ นอกจากนี้ยังมีของฝากสไตล์โอทอปอย่างปลาแดดเดียว ปลาส้ม และปลาร้า ซึ่งเหมาะกับการนำไปฝากคนที่บ้านหรือเป็นของฝากติดมือกลับมา ร้านเกษรเองก็มีจุดเด่นที่ปลาสดมาก ทุกครั้งที่สั่งเมนูอย่างต้มยำปลาคังจะได้รสชาติที่เข้มข้น หอมเครื่องต้มยำและเผ็ดร้อนกำลังดี ปลาสดเด้งในปาก ทำให้รู้เลยว่าเจ้าของร้านใส่ใจเรื่องวัตถุดิบอย่างดี นอกจากนั้นเมนูผัดฉ่าก็กลิ่นหอมสมชื่อ เครื่องทะลักเต็มจาน ถึงแม้จะมีรสเค็มหน่อย แต่ถ้าทานคู่กับข้าวสวยร้อน ๆ ก็ยังช่วยกลบความเค็มไปได้ ส่วนของทอดมันปลากราย แม้ครั้งนี้จะรู้สึกว่าทอดไม่ฟูเท่าที่หวัง แต่รสชาติของอาจาดที่ใส่ถั่วลิสงช่วยเพิ่มความน่าสนใจและทำให้เมนูนี้ยังพอทานได้ เหมาะกับคนชอบรสจัดจ้านและทานของทอดเป็นพิเศษ บรรยากาศที่ร้านเกษรค่อนข้างเป็นกันเอง มีที่จอดรถใต้หลังคาและบริการอย่างรวดเร็ว เหมาะกับการแวะพักทานอาหารระหว่างเดินทางกลับบ้านหรือไปเที่ยว ก่อนกลับยังสามารถแวะเลือกซื้อปลาและของฝากจากตลาดได้อีกด้วย โดยรวมแล้วจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ร้านนี้ถือว่ามีอาหารสดใหม่ รสชาติดี ราคาไม่แรงมากเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพ และบรรยากาศริมเขื่อนที่เงียบสงบเหมาะสำหรับคนที่อยากมาพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริงค่ะ หากใครมีโอกาสผ่านไปเที่ยวเขื่อนป่าสักชลสิทธิ์ อย่าลืมแวะมาลองชิมกันนะคะ หรือถ้าใครมีร้านเด็ดในย่านนี้ แนะนำกันได้ใต้คอมเมนต์เลยค่ะ
