Recently the brand Topicals sent me some PR which included their viral hydrating eye masks. I tried them, and I am going to let you know everything I love and don’t love about this product. •Pros: 1. They Do not move. It Feels almost like an adhesive that keeps them in place (but it’s not!!!)
