Finished The Quitters Club and I can honestly say this book felt like a conversation many women over 40 quietly need 💛

It’s not loud or dramatic. Instead, it gently explores identity, friendship, reinvention, and what happens when women finally start choosing themselves after years of being everything for everyone else.

One quote that stayed with me:

“No is a complete statement.”

Such a simple line, but it carries so much weight — especially for women who grew up feeling like we always needed to explain ourselves, justify our boundaries, or make everyone comfortable first.
