MUJI tool box to sewing box
Hello.
This is Pyoko Pyoko Pi.
Sewing box, what do you all use?
There was a time when I used cookie cans from Shiseido Parlor, but now I use a small "steel tool box" from MUJI.
Unfortunately, this size seems to be out of print now (shock!), but I summarized my favorite points.
☑ Compact and durable
The lid closes with a click, so you don't have to worry about opening it on your own.
☑ ︎ leave out OK design
A little creamy white will blend in with your life.
☑ ︎ "Magnet storage" on the back of the lid
Since it is made of steel, it has a magnet. Thread cutting scissors without a cover are right on the back of the lid.
It moves inside and doesn't damage anything else, and it's safe to open.
☑ ︎ needle and threading for sashiko
It is stored in MUJI's polypropylene accessory case · S.

In the box, there is also a "thimble" used in home economics at elementary school.
When the thread broke, I repaired it myself using sashiko thread.
The pincushion with cute flowers made by relatives is also an important favorite.
It is not expensive special tools, but tools that are familiar to me.
It is good to use it for a long time while taking care of it.
Do you have a "favorite tool" that you have been using for a long time?
