It's the start of the new year.
Even if it is not a new environment, I think that this season when the cherry blossoms bloom is a chance to switch feelings anew.
Why don't you decide on a "living theme" to get closer to the person you want to be?

Anything that moves your heart, such as words, is okay.
By the way, my theme this year is "Move well" and "Keep everything simple."
Footwork I want to be aware that I act lightly and quickly, and that I choose my belongings and way of thinking as simply as possible.

新しい年度の始まりに、私も毎年『暮らしのテーマ』を決める習慣を取り入れています。特に4月の桜が咲く時期は気持ちが新たに切り替わる絶好のタイミングですよね。例えば、私のテーマは「シンプルな暮らし」と「健康的に動くこと」。具体的には、不要なものを整理して持ち物を減らし、毎日のウォーキングを欠かさないように心がけています。 このテーマ設定の良いところは、曖昧な目標より具体的な生活改善につながることです。例えば「シンプルに」は、 服の数を減らしコーディネートを楽にしたり、食器類を最小限にするなど、家事の負担が軽くなりました。また「よく動く」は、忙しい毎日でも意識して階段を使ったり短時間のストレッチを取り入れることで、体調維持に役立っています。 さらに手帳にテーマを書き込むことでいつでも目に入り、日々の行動の指針にもなります。「暮らしのテーマ」があるだけで、無意識に選ぶ習慣やモノが変わり、生活全体が整いやすくなりました。 ぜひ皆さんも自分の心が動く言葉を選び、目標に向かって小さな一歩を踏み出してみてください。進級や新生活の慌ただしさの中で、こうした意識が心のバランスを保つ支えにもなるはずです。暮らしのテーマは一度決めたら固定せず、成長や環境に合わせて変えていくことも楽しみのひとつですよ。
