One thing that helped me a lot was recognizing that my scars—both emotional and physical—aren’t signs of defeat but symbols of strength. When negativity surrounds you, it’s crucial to remember that it’s not your problem to carry. I often found myself worrying and complaining, but eventually understood that neither changes anything; instead, focusing on what I can control—my mindset and actions—makes all the difference. In challenging moments, reflecting on the idea that "what's meant to be will eventually be" helped me release some of the pressure. If you’re going through tough times, try keeping a list of things to remember on those days: pain is part of growing; everything is temporary; your progress matters even if it’s small; and persevering is your greatest strength. Sharing these reminders and my journey has been therapeutic and, I hope, encouraging for others walking a similar path.
