Breakfast ideas: -carrot and grapefruit juice - blueberries (packed with antioxidants great for gut health and blood sugar) - simple sandwich ( Dave's killer bread with egg for protein some turkey and pepper jack cheese & light mayo) Overall rating: 10/10 in my opinion
