How Do I Get out of a Slump?

Lately I’ve been a little bit in a slump and I’m not sure how to get out of it. My appetite is gone, I feel lazy, and I get lonely every time I’m by myself. Yet, I don’t want to talk on the phone and hanging out isn’t all that appealing in the moment. Yes that contradicting I know and that’s the problem😭

The only things I do in a day is clean, cook, play with my cats and wait for my boyfriend to come home from work. I’m in the process of getting a job but between being unemployed and feeling lazy and unproductive I’m not sure what to do.

honestly, we all have those days, weeks & moments !! What I normally do is start by taking a shower and then once I get out I don’t go back into my room. I look for things to do in my house I.e reorganize, start a new book, maybe bake or cook something.
