So, I have been in recovery for about three weeks due to an eye surgery I had. I’m just now having a little bit more energy and wanted to share some food I had recently .

1, Breakfast Bowl! There is a local coffee shop here and my good friend Liz brought me there after my first post- op appointment . I love their breakfast bowls. You have the choice of either grits or potatoes, sausage or bacon and it so full of protein

2. Pork Chops & Kale

I want to say I added way too much salt in this one but will do it again. I found the recipes on TikTok and wanted to try it!
