When time comes… will health allow it?
The strategy coaching call 2 days ago left me reflecting on something.
There was something I really respected about Jacqueline.
I truly respect her decision to explore something new,
and I admire her courage.
Even at her age, she is still willing to step forward, and think abt her next stage of life.
What stood out to me the most was her clarity.
She knows what she wants to focus on next.
She also said something that stayed with me.
She wants to take care of her health too.
That made me think abt something I once shared before:
What is health when there’s no wealth?
And what is wealth when there’s no health?
Why must it always be one or the other?
Many of us have worked hard for most of our lives.
But when we finally have time…
our health may not allow us to enjoy it.
And when we focus on earning money…
we sacrifice time and energy.
But is it really impossible to have both balance and income?
During the call, she also shared something that i am very grateful to God too.
Out of all the ads she saw on Facebook, she clicked on mine.
And she said maybe God led her to it.
Hearing tt reminded me that sometimes things happen in ways we cannot fully explain.
Listening to Jacqueline also made me reflect on my own journey.
When I first started exploring this digital biz,
I must admit I didn’t have the kind of clarity she has.
I didn’t have everything figured out.
Some people even asked me,
“U said u were scammed before… so why did u still start again?”
Tbh, I only knew one thing.
I needed a Plan B.
Something tt could give me another option for the future.
So I simply started.
Bcoz sometimes clarity doesn’t come before we begin.
Sometimes clarity comes after we take the first step.
Maybe the question is not:
“Can I do it?”
Maybe the real question is:
“Do I want to keep living the same way for the next 10–20 yrs?”
• Have u ever paused to think what u really want for the next stage of life?
• If health or time becomes limited one day, would ur current income still support u?

Reflecting on the relationship between health and wealth is crucial as we approach the next chapters of our lives. Many find themselves caught between working tirelessly to secure financial stability and preserving their health to enjoy that hard-earned success. A common concern is whether it’s possible to have both balance and income simultaneously — a question many grapple with, especially during midlife transitions. From personal experience, embracing a digital business journey can offer a flexible Plan B that accommodates health needs and time constraints. When I began exploring this path, clarity did not come immediately. Like many, I had doubts and faced skepticism, but I recognized the importance of starting somewhere, knowing that clarity would emerge with progress. Taking that initial step was empowering; it provided a sense of control over my future, allowing me to prioritize well-being alongside financial goals. Stories like Jacqueline's embody this mindset—accepting the courage to explore new opportunities and focusing on health while pursuing income. Many overlook that health is an integral part of wealth and vice versa; neglecting either can prevent truly enjoying life’s rewards. This underscores the importance of future planning that includes both financial security and health care strategies. Moreover, faith and timing sometimes play unexplainable roles in our decisions, reminding us to trust the journey even amid uncertainties. Integrating personal well-being practices, such as balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate rest, alongside building a sustainable income stream creates a foundation for enjoying life fully whenever the "time comes." For those questioning their current trajectory, pause to consider: What do you truly want for your next stage of life? Could your income support you if health challenges arise? Exploring digital entrepreneurship or other flexible income sources might be steps towards creating synergy between financial freedom and health preservation. Ultimately, the goal is not to choose between health and wealth but to develop a lifestyle that nurtures both for lasting fulfillment.
