Tea 🫖 Time
Started my little tea journey to help with my PCOS, cut back on sugar & be healthier overall 🍵✨
But nobody told me this green tea was gonna have me up fighting for my LIFE at bedtime 😭😂 like why do I suddenly have enough energy to reorganize my whole house at 1am??
So far I’ve been trying:
🍃 Green Tea
🍑 Perfect Peach Herbal Tea
🌿 Dandelion Leaf & Root
🫖 Raspberry Leaf Tea
Definitely loving the benefits and trying to stay consistent on this wellness journey 🫶🏽 but I gotta figure out which teas are daytime teas because BABY 😩🤣
Any tea recommendations for PCOS girlies that won’t keep me awake all night? Comment below 👇🏽🍵

Starting a tea regimen to support PCOS and healthier habits has been an enlightening experience. I quickly learned that while green tea offers great antioxidants and metabolism benefits, its caffeine content can make it tough to wind down at night. That jittery energy had me reorganizing my room at 1 a.m.! From this, I found it’s important to distinguish between daytime teas with caffeine and calming herbal varieties suited for evenings. Herbal teas like Perfect Peach and Raspberry Leaf have proven gentle options. Raspberry Leaf, traditionally used for women's wellness, is caffeine-free and helps soothe hormonal imbalances without overstimulating. Similarly, Dandelion Leaf & Root aids digestion and supports liver detoxification, key for hormone regulation, without the risk of sleep disruption. For those with PCOS, cutting back on sugar alongside tea drinking amplifies benefits by reducing insulin spikes. Experimenting with naturally sweet herbal teas can satisfy cravings without added sugars. Also, staying consistent in this wellness journey unlocks the best results—teas work best over time rather than as quick fixes. If you’re looking for teas that provide energy but won’t sabotage your sleep, consider white or rooibos teas. Both have low caffeine or are caffeine-free, offering antioxidants with minimal stimulation. Matcha or green tea are excellent for mornings but should be avoided late in the day. Your journey may differ, so listen to your body’s reactions. Combining tea with other lifestyle tweaks—balanced diet, moderate exercise, and stress management—supports PCOS more holistically. Feel free to share any tea recommendations or personal tries that have helped your PCOS and wellness goals. This community knowledge sharing can make the tea journey less trial and error and more enjoyable!
