40’s and the changes it brings
Changes I didn’t know I would go through in my 40’s .Now I’m learning how to adjust to these changes and it is a true challenge!
Change 1
I get less sleep for some reason I wake up frequently through out the night.
Change 2
I wake up having to pee all the time . I will be sleep in a dream and I will have to go pee. Smh so annoying I can’t stand it .
Change 3
When I laugh sometimes I pee , if I run too fast sometimes I pee. When I sneeze I pee . It’s just crazy . It’s like my bladder is having a whole conversation with me I don’t understand. lol
Change 4
Weight loss is not easy . I go to the gym and I still don’t see a difference.

My hair shorter but thicker . But I can’t get to grow in length

Leg spasm , swollen feet
Change 7
Mood swings . I just want to slap everybody and be cute and cuddly about it . lol
Owe the wonderful changes of being 40 . Oh yeah I’m turning the glorious 44 this month to add to it . lol .
