JOB MARKET - Black people

BLACK PEOPLE ⚫️ HAVE TO LEARN TO JOB MARKET. THIS IS FOR ALL REGIONS IN THE UNITED STATES.

Racism and empolyment gatekeeping - Black people you have to understand that everyone doesn't believe in equality and will practice discrimination and Empolyment gatekeeping. Learning about job demographics will save you a lot of time. Certain ethics groups will push Americans out the jobs market to hire their own its is a real things. I came up with solutions to the problem. It is a huge issue that preventing black people especially black Americans in the job market also because of false stereotypes.

Trade education and Buiness ownerships. - Black people if you have teenagers or you want to get into the job market it's best to learn a trade with education because those jobs are needed more than cheap labor work. When you get your education nobody can't take that away from you. For men , get into plumbing, electricians,or go to job a agencies that is a American own company ( stay away from construction it's too much racism and gatekeeping ) unless you start your own business or the owner is a American that believes in diversity. Get into fields that are needed to contine to make America stronge. Be a builder and don't make excuses. Black men you have to start working together as a team and stop making excuses and go work. Do your research and try to get into fields where your demographic is in high numbers or it's promotes climbing up the ladder because you shouldn't be in one position for years. The world doesn't play fair and they don't care about you being broke. it's either you go after what you need to make your life better or you get left behind. it's the real world. Business ownership, Black people please start start to open business and hire your own people. Stop having these stupid dispaora wars and think logical. Instead of fighting, we can learn from each other. EX. Nigerians are very good in the engineering and tech fields. African Americans are very good at marketing , trend setting , and innovations. Now, if both groups work together, imagine what can be created. Black Facebook. medical complains that serve black communities. ambulance services. I keep telling black people you have to start your own buiness and have your own black wall street because racism will never end....but if your people have thier own things it won't matter because your community is set. Black families will become stronger because black men are working, so black women don't have to break their backs, and the gender roles will be balanced. Black women are out pacing everyone, especially when it comes to education. Black men need to👍proceed : Start to enroll in college and get those degrees. BE doctor , lawyer, engineer , judges, the degree is your best friend . intelligence will always be en vouge.

Business Pratices-

1.)Don't open your business in a low income area because envy will occur if you're the only person that is successful in a area full of people that don't want to do better for themselves.

2.) Hire educated black people who want to work and don't make excuses. Hire those who have things that can lose. A person who doesn't have anything to loose is a dangerous person because they have a lack of mentality.

3.) Learn A.I. A.I is the future. All your employees should be tech savvy and also be on trend to what is new in the job market. A lot of business are closing because they are not up to date with new technological advancement. Stay Current but also 10 years ahead the competition.

4.) Black Diversity and expansions-

Always expand your business and hire black people from the african Dispera. Always have 5- 10 locations nationwide and make sure you're hiring black people from different backgrounds so your services can expand in different black communities. Make sure you have great customer services and create a high vibrational atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed because people will write reviews, and if the reviews are toxic, your business will fail. Always keep your people happy and also keep everything CLEAN. Personally, I've walked out of business because the place looked or smelled dirty. A clean place invites good energy. Always hire a cleaning person to keep your space clean ( from. Black own cleaning company or hire a black person so the dollar can stay within your community). The goal is to keep black people out of poverty.
