In daily life, I recommend taking moments to reflect on your relationships and identifying those that inspire you versus those that drain you. Establish clear limits and communicate your needs kindly but firmly. Over time, this practice cultivates a supportive circle and fosters mutual inspiration. Remember, spiritual protection is not about isolation but about creating a safe space to thrive emotionally and spiritually.
