I’ve made a larger batch. But this is for 4 10oz servings. I drink it every morning along with my daily vitamins. Adding this has increased my metabolism. I’ve lost 2lbs last week. Obviously adding exercise and calorie deficit. Usually I lose 1lb a week. But baby I stand by this.
