The other day I accidentally found a goat noodle shop in the neighborhood, and it turned out to be more impressive than expected. 😭❤️
The shop is a small shop in the alley, but the taste is extraordinary!
The menu ordered is broth goat meat noodles.
The broth is very sweet, really sweet from simmering, not sweet, cooked powder, soft goat meat, without strong smell, very easy to eat. And the shop has side dishes with pickled carrots, pickled radish and green pickled garlic. At first, I was scared. But when eating together, it is very good to cut greasy and very delicious. 🥹
Another wish menu is goat hounds.
This is very good. The meat is a little stick. The spice is fragrant, not salty, but very mellow. It can't be eaten and stopped. 🌶️🔥

It takes about 20 minutes to order. It's worth a lot of waiting because it's hot. There's a juicy broth inside. It's sweet, salty and good. It's a bite.
The staff at the shop can speak both Thai and Chinese. The atmosphere of the shop has a real young feed. Who likes dark Chinese food or wants to try goat meat, recommend it. 🫶

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ไปร้านบะหมี่เนื้อแพะแห่งนี้ที่เยาวราช ต้องบอกเลยว่าร้านนี้เล็ก ๆ แต่ซ่อนความอร่อยไว้เต็มเปี่ยม น้ำซุปที่เคี่ยวด้วยเนื้อแพะแท้ ๆ ใช้เวลานานจนได้รสหวานธรรมชาติ ไม่ใช่หวานจากผงปรุงรส ทำให้น้ำซุปนั้นทั้งหอมและหวานกลมกล่อมอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งผมรู้สึกว่าตรงจุดนี้แหละที่ทำให้รสชาติของบะหมี่เนื้อแพะร้านนี้แตกต่างจากที่อื่น เนื้อแพะของร้านนุ่มมากและไม่มีกลิ่นคาวอย่างที่หลายคนกังวล เครื่องเคียงที่ร้านจัดมาให้ก็เป็นแครอทดอง หัวไชเท้าดอง และกระเทียมดองสีเขียว ซึ่งดูเหมือนจะเป็นของธรรมดา ๆ แต่พอได้ลองกินคู่กับบะหมี่เนื้อแพะ กลับช่วยตัดความเลี่ยนและเพิ่มรสชาติให้อร่อยขึ้นอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ อีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ที่ทำให้ผมห้ามใจไม่อยู่คือเมนูหมาล่าเนื้อแพะ รสชาติเครื่องเทศและความเผ็ดร้อนกำลังดี เนื้อมีมันติดเล็กน้อยทำให้รสชาติกลมกล่อม ไม่เค็มหรือเผ็ดโดดจนเกินไป เป็นจานที่กินได้เรื่อย ๆ ไม่เบื่อเลยจริง ๆ ซาลาเปาเนื้อแพะซึ่งตอนแรกลืมถ่ายภาพมาด้วย ถือเป็นอีกเมนูเด็ดที่ทำสดใหม่ทุกวัน ใช้เวลารอประมาณ 20 นาทีแต่คุ้มค่ามากครับ ข้างในซาลาเปาฉ่ำน้ำซุป รสชาติหวานเค็มพอดี ๆ ทุกคำที่กัดเหมือนได้สัมผัสกับความพิเศษของเนื้อแพะและน้ำซุปเข้มข้นที่ถูกซ่อนไว้ในซาลาเปา บรรยากาศของร้านก็ทำให้รู้สึกได้ถึงกลิ่นอายแท้ ๆ ของเยาวราช โดยพนักงานสามารถสื่อสารได้ทั้งไทยและจีน ซึ่งสะดวกมากสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวหรือคนที่ชื่นชอบความเป็นจีนแบบดั้งเดิม สำหรับใครที่แวะเวียนไปเยาวราชและอยากลองอาหารจีนสไตล์แท้ ๆ หรือเนื้อแพะรสชาติดี ๆ รับรองว่าร้านนี้เป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยครับ
