Rules for 2026
Alright, New year but same old me. Truth is, I am never going to change. However, I can set a few rules for myself. Here they are:
1.) DO NOTHING THROUGH FEAR. I vow to not let fear talk me out of anything I want to try.
2.) Rejection therapy: Just try everything! What’s the worse that can happen? Someone says NO!??
3.) Have an open heart to every experience ahead
4.) Workout often, even on the bad days
5.) Communicate with clarity and Kindness…🔼 This goes with rejection therapy: NO MORE GHOSTING PEOPLE!! Communicate the terms for the relationship/friendship. If it’s not working, communicate why. Stop disappearing on people! It solves nothing.
We are now in 2026. Already off to a rocky start with the current presidents choices. But that should not stop you from getting the life you want. Stop being afraid and start challenging the status quo. Life is waayyyy too short to sit around worrying all the time.
