Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Since we're celebrating a special anniversary, choosing the perfect Disney resort was key, and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort truly stood out! I wanted to share some more details about why we're so excited and what makes this place a fantastic choice, especially if you're like us and prioritize amenities like the Skyliner and amazing pools. First off, let's talk about the pools! The main feature pool, Fuentes del Morro, is absolutely incredible. It's themed like a Spanish colonial fortress, complete with cannons, two water slides (we're so excited to try those!), and a splash area for younger kids. You can really tell they paid attention to every detail – even the rockwork and turrets make you feel like you're in a completely different world. I've seen photos with a 'GUARD' sign, which is reassuring, and it looks like a super fun, safe place to spend an afternoon. Beyond the main attraction, there are also five leisure pools scattered throughout the different 'islands' of the resort – perfect for when you want a quieter swim or just a relaxing dip after a long day in the parks. The Disney Skyliner access was a non-negotiable for us, and Caribbean Beach Resort is the main hub, which is super convenient! Getting to Epcot or Hollywood Studios will be a breeze, and I love the idea of gliding above the resort, taking in the views. I even saw some pictures of the teal gondolas against the blue sky, looking so picturesque. Plus, I've heard you can grab a delicious Toffee Flight Latte from Joffrey's Coffee nearby before hopping on – and how cute are those Disney Skyliner-themed cookies, shaped like little gondolas with Peter Pan and Captain Hook? Definitely on my must-try list! The resort's atmosphere itself is just so inviting. Those yellow resort buildings with blue roofs and balconies, surrounded by lush landscaping and palm trees, really transport you to a tropical paradise. I'm looking forward to relaxing by the lake, maybe even finding some of those white Adirondack chairs on a white sand beach I saw in pictures. It's the perfect backdrop for an anniversary getaway. Inside the rooms, I’m thrilled we secured a King Bed. I also saw some photos of the rooms featuring a sliding barn door, which adds a nice touch of modern Caribbean charm. While our article mentioned a King Bed, it's good to know that other rooms come with two beds, a TV (sometimes showing Magic Kingdom!), and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort for all types of travelers. It’s all about those little details that make your stay feel special.
