Having depression I definitely lack haircare most of the time and i can go DAYS without brushing it causing my hair to get extremely tangled or matted. Because of this I constantly get stuck feeling helpless like my hair isn’t going to look any different so just toss it up and on the good days when I do brush i see the damage I’ve done with lack of care..
