No more renovation woes 🤣

The first house we had, we hired and ID…. Let’s just say it didn’t go really well…. Hence this time, we decided to go with a contractor instead since we already knew what we want to do and all I can say is, best decision ever 💯

Also pocket friendly 🤣🤣

... Read moreFrom my recent renovation experience, I can confidently say that opting for a contractor instead of an interior designer can be a game-changer, especially if you already have a clear vision for your space. We shared a simple brief with our contractor who was very responsive and flexible, making the process smooth and efficient. An unexpected highlight was how quickly the carpentry was completed—just two days—and the quality was perfect. Our contractor even provided 3D layout drafts before starting work, helping us visualize the final design for rooms like Raiden's and Railey's. This allowed us to make adjustments early on without costly changes later. Additionally, having a contractor meant we could better control the budget and select materials ourselves, which ended up being quite pocket-friendly. The personalized touches, like the customized altar and dressing table, made the space truly ours. Overall, this approach saved us from previous renovation headaches and made the entire process enjoyable. If you’re contemplating your own renovation, I’d recommend clearly defining what you want upfront and partnering with a contractor who communicates well and respects your input. It can take the stress out of renovations and deliver satisfying results perfectly tailored to your lifestyle.
