The Best Solution for Bloating
Bloating can be cause by many issues, but in majority of the cases, it’s caused by diet. I’ve tried a million things to try to get rid of my bloating. I’ve tried fiber supplements, probiotics, gas meds, sleeping on my stomach, and so much more that I can’t even remember right now. When I was really bloated, it was extremely painful and I couldn’t even suck my stomach in, I had to wear baggy clothes to hide the belly.
The only thing that truly worked and made a major difference is changing my diet. I now follow the FODMAP diet. My stomach hasn’t been this flat in years! And I am not even working out much.
If you have stomach issues / issues with bloating, I highly recommend you give the FODMAP diet a chance for a few weeks. It doesn’t cost anything and it may just change your life like it did for me.
I have included a list of FODMAP foods for you to follow if you are interested.

Bloating can be a frustrating experience, affecting not only your physical comfort but also your confidence. The FODMAP diet, which focuses on reducing certain carbohydrates that are difficult to digest, has gained a lot of traction for relieving bloating. Many individuals report significant improvements in their gastrointestinal issues after committing to this diet. The FODMAP diet involves eliminating high-FODMAP foods such as certain fruits, vegetables, legumes, and dairy products. After a period of elimination, foods are gradually reintroduced to identify which ones trigger bloating. Foods that are safe to consume on a low-FODMAP diet include unripe bananas, blueberries, carrots, tomatoes, and several protein sources like chicken and fish. Incorporating low-FODMAP meals into your diet can be simple and flavorful. With careful planning, one can enjoy a wide range of dishes without feeling discomfort. Make sure to consult reliable resources or a nutritionist for guidance on maintaining nutritional balance while following this diet. A supportive community, along with professional advice, significantly enhances the success rate of those adapting to the FODMAP eating plan. Experience the difference yourself by making informed choices and listening to your body’s responses to various foods. Don't hesitate to reach out for meal ideas or tips on how to make the transition smoother!

I used to be slimmer but suddenly I gained weight right away & honestly idk if i gained weight or if it’s just bloating bc the second pic is how my stomach looks rn & most of my jeans fit me tight when they didn’t used to. But i’ll def try this diet to see if it works. It doesn’t hurt to try.
