Because yep… I’m a lot.
Always have been.
I know I come in big—with my energy, my emotions, my thoughts, and my passion.
I get hyped over the smallest things. A cute coffee mug? A planner sale? A deep convo at 2 a.m.? I’m all in.
I feel everything intensely. The highs. The lows. The in-betweens that most people breeze past—I sit in those too.
My brain? Constant chaos. A million tabs open. Always spinning with ideas, goals, plans, what-ifs, and “oh wait, I forgot to…”
I talk fast, think faster, and my fingers basically fly when I type. I’ll text you 10 times in a row—and yes, there will be emojis and ALL the exclamation points.
I randomly break into dance. I sing like no one’s watching. I daydream big, love hard, and crash just as hard when it all feels like too much.
And yeah, I’ve apologized for it. A lot. For being “too much.” For taking up space. For being loud or emotional or sensitive or extra.
I’ve dimmed my light, second-guessed my energy, and convinced myself that maybe smaller = better.
But the truth? I wasn’t made to shrink.
I’m not “too much.” I’m just full—of passion, creativity, heart, and fire.
I give my all, even when I’m running on empty. I feel deeply. I care fiercely. I mess up often but I always get back up.
I used to think all this was a flaw. Now I see—it’s my superpower.
So if you’re like me… bouncing between moods, overthinking texts at 1 a.m., feeling way too deeply, and wondering if you’re just too much for this world—
You’re not. You’re exactly enough.
You’re a whole lot of beautiful, a whole lot of brave, and a whole lot of needed in this world.
So don’t quiet yourself.
Don’t shrink.
Take up the space you were born to fill.
Own your “too much.” Because honestly? It’s what makes you unforgettable.
