It made me realize that true body positivity isn't about ignoring comments or criticism, but about building an unshakeable foundation of self-love that transcends external opinions. My Journey to Embracing Every Curve: Reframing My Inner Voice: The first step was to challenge the negative self-talk. Instead of thinking, 'Oh no, am I gaining weight?' I started asking, 'Does this body feel strong? Am I nourishing it well? Is it serving me?' This shift from appearance-focused thoughts to functionality and well-being was revolutionary. Curating My Online World: I consciously unfollowed accounts that inadvertently made me feel inadequate.
