Embarking on a health journey while managing the responsibilities of being a stay-at-home mom (SAHM) of four is definitely a challenge, but it's incredibly rewarding. From personal experience, one key to success is setting small, achievable goals each day rather than overwhelming yourself with drastic changes all at once. On Day 8 of my journey, I’ve started incorporating quick, effective workouts that fit into my busy schedule—often just 15-20 minutes at home. Nutrition has also been a game-changer. Meal prepping healthy, family-friendly options has helped me stay on track without sacrificing quality family time. This not only fuels my body but also sets a positive example for my kids. When it comes to getting 'snatched' for summer, consistency matters more than perfection. Tracking progress with photos or journaling how you feel can keep motivation high. Sharing your journey openly allows others to relate and draws inspiration for everyone involved.
