2025 was a year where I gained weight on purpose… but honestly, it wasn’t the right kind of weight. I learned a lot about my body, my habits, and what no longer works for me.
So now, I’m doing it differently.
For the first phase of my journey, I’m focusing on resetting and healing my body.
My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation. I’ve noticed my body needs more fiber, more vegetables, and better balance.
Once my body is clean and feeling better, I’ll transition into clean eating prioritizing protein like eggs and meats, cutting out sugar, processed foods, excess carbs, and dairy (unless it’s sugar-free).
I’ll also be drinking more water and tea to support inflammation and overall health.
After the first month, I’ll slowly reintroduce carbs and other foods in a smart, intentional way not rushing the process, but respecting my body.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency, discipline, and becoming the strongest version of myself.
Day 1 of 66 let’s go.” 2025 taught me lessons.
2026 is where I apply them.
