I've been seeing a lot of buzz around the 'Uncontained' movie, and I'm really curious to see what kind of psychological terror or creature feature it might be. Definitely adding it to my must-watch list for the second week of March! Speaking of specific dates, March 13th is looking like a double-feature day for us! We've got The Parenting, a Max Original, which sounds like it could be a darkly comedic or genuinely unsettling take on family dynamics. And then there's Control Freak hitting Hulu the same day. That poster with the ant crawling out of an eye is giving me serious body horror and psychological thriller vibes – I can't wait to see how messed up that one gets! These two alone make March 13th a date to mark on your calendar for some fresh scares. But wait, there's more! The very next day, March 14th, brings us Borderline on VOD. I'm always down for an indie horror gem, and VOD releases make it so easy to catch them. Later in the month, Netflix is dropping Revelations on March 21st, which immediately makes me think of dark, atmospheric thrillers. And for those who love the big screen experience, Ash is hitting theaters on March 21st – the spaceship setting on the poster looks epic! As we head towards the end of March, things don't slow down. Blumhouse producers are bringing us The Woman in the Yard on March 28th in theaters. Knowing Blumhouse, this is bound to be a clever and terrifying ride. Also on March 28th, we have Death of a Unicorn in theaters – a fantastical yet potentially gory premise that I'm super intrigued by. And finally, to wrap up the month, Shudder is releasing The Rule of Jenny Pen also on March 28th. Shudder always delivers top-tier horror, so I have high hopes for this one!
