Nutrition Mill ICONSIAM Kettle Hobo-Seafood Alang Super Bang River View 🥢
Nutrition Mill, Thai Chinese-style kettle and seafood shop in iberry chain, opened a new store at ICONSIAM. The store is super magnificent. The store is divided into zones, indoor, contemporary Chinese-style decoration, and outdoor zones, sitting in the wind, taking a view of the Chao Phraya River and high-rise views. I can't say that the view is great.
🥢 about food, don't talk a lot, because there's only the word "delicious." 😍😋 The menu is very tight, fishy, dessert, drink, full. Each page of the menu must have a favorite dish.
Today, I recommend an ordered menu. There are no mistakes.

With two dipping sauces. First, the seafood is delicious, and the other is ground with ground peanuts. The whole taste is sour and salty and sweet.

หลายคนอาจเคยได้ยินชื่อ “โรงสีโภชนา” หรือกำลังเทียบกับร้านข้าวต้มย่านฝั่งธนอย่างโซนดาวคะนอง/เอเชีย แถวๆ นั้น ว่าแนวอาหารคล้ายกันไหม—จากที่ไปลองเอง บอกเลยว่าโรงสีฯ จะเป็นข้าวต้มกุ๊ยและกับข้าวแนวไทยจีนที่ “ยกระดับบรรยากาศ” ขึ้นมาอีกขั้น เหมาะกับทั้งมื้อครอบครัวและนัดเพื่อนแบบอยากนั่งชิล อย่างแรกที่อยากแชร์คือเรื่องที่นั่ง ถ้าไปช่วงเย็นๆ แนะนำให้ขอโซน outdoor จะได้ลมดีๆ และเห็นวิวแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาชัดมาก ถ่ายรูปสวยสุด โดยเฉพาะตอนฟ้าเริ่มเปลี่ยนสี ส่วนใครพาผู้ใหญ่ไปหรือกลัวร้อน โซน indoor ก็สบายมาก ตกแต่งจีนร่วมสมัย มีโคมไฟหวายและมุมกระจกเห็นวิวเมืองผ่านช่องวงกลมใหญ่ๆ ฟีลดีแบบนั่งนานได้ เรื่องการสั่งอาหาร ถ้าไปกัน 2 คน เราว่าเลือกกับข้าว 3–4 อย่างกำลังดี แล้วสั่งข้าวต้มมาปิดท้าย (หรือเริ่มก่อนก็ได้) เมนูที่ทำให้เราประทับใจเป็นพิเศษคือ “ทะเลรวมเผา” เพราะได้ทั้งกุ้งแม่น้ำ ปลาหมึก หอยแครง แล้วน้ำจิ้มให้ 2 แบบ—แบบซีฟู้ดแซ่บๆ กับแบบใส่ถั่วลิสงบดที่รสกลมกล่อมมาก ใครชอบน้ำจิ้มแนวข้าวต้มร้านเก่าๆ แถวเอเชีย/ดาวคะนอง น่าจะถูกใจแบบถั่วลิสง อีกจานที่อยากแนะนำให้สั่งคู่กันคือ “หมูสับต้มบ๊วยหม้อไฟ” ซุปออกเปรี้ยวเค็มนัว ซดแล้วตัดเลี่ยนดี เหมาะมากถ้าสั่งของทอดมาด้วย เช่น ปลาหมึกไข่จิ๊วแดดเดียวทอดน้ำปลา (กระเทียมแน่นๆ) หรือเป็ดพะโล้ทอดกะเพรากรอบไข่เยี่ยวม้า ถ้าไปหลายคน เพิ่มผัดถั่วแขกเสฉวนไว้เป็นผัก จะทำให้โต๊ะบาลานซ์ขึ้น ห้ามพลาด “ข้าวต้มเผือกไรซ์เบอร์รี่” ซิกเนเจอร์ของร้านค่ะ เป็นข้าวต้มข้นๆ เม็ดหนึบ มีเผือกหอมหวานธรรมชาติ กินแล้วสบายท้องมาก ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับคนอยากไปตามรอย: ช่วงเสาร์-อาทิตย์คนค่อนข้างเยอะ ถ้าอยากได้โต๊ะวิวแม่น้ำ แนะนำไปก่อนมื้อเย็นหรือเผื่อเวลารอหน่อย แล้วแจ้งพนักงานว่าขอโซน outdoor/ริมกระจกไว้ก่อนค่ะ
