Who is in love with the writing of Ploy Chriya, prepare to be happy, because Ploy is now launching the newest book, "Old Town Vacanza: Italy," 🇮🇹 the second book in the series that will take us through the sky to the atmosphere of Centro Storico, or the old city from North to South Italy, the country that Ploy loves the most.

The special thing is that Ploy created the second floor of Ciao Songwat to become the exclusive Caffé C.Pop-up that brings us the La Dolce Vita from the book. It has Italian Caffe, Book Shop, Mini Art Gallery and Aperitivo Bar. The atmosphere is full of the charm of Centro Storico. It comes to one place with art, gorgeous atmosphere and authentic Italian flavors.

🥘 TIMBALLO Rare menu, domed pasta pie packed with ragu sauce, crushed liver, bachamel, meatball, truffle, called a special recipe from the chef of Appia, which is very wow, rich aroma, intense taste. It's an Aristocrats special session menu that Ploy has come to try. Paired with Sicilia Sole, "The Sunlight of Sicely," a fine drink from Mr. Pie, a drug (Italasia) that mixes Limoncello with Prosecco. It's refreshing to digest and taste Timballo very well.

☕️ FIRENZE AFFOGATO This glass is super delicious. It's a Florentine fragrant Buontalenti gelatro. Twist with rum and Amaro Averna. It's a famous Vivoli shop. It's a gelato on the edge of the cup and press the espresso down the middle. It's super intense. Eat and think of Italy wholeheartedly.
