Today we are checking in for a new space at Matcha Line, and art lovers must like Cha Nhapha Talingchan (cliff tea), a famous Matcha cafe from Khao Yai that has opened a delicious branch in Bangkok.
The shop is located in front of the ARDEL Gallery of Modern Art. The atmosphere around the shop is very pleasant, surrounded by green space and large trees. The decoration is very natural. The inner decoration emphasizes Japanese minimalism. It uses dark tone furniture that feels warm and comfortable. It also has a gallery zone to walk calmly through contemporary art.
🍵 There are a variety of premium matcha and five sweetness levels. We tried Yama Signature Blend. This glass is brewed with milk. It comes in a chawan cup. The matcha is very smooth and tastes very soft.
Seasonal Clear The best matcha selection shop each season. Now it's Tsuyuhikari from Shizuoka. Fresh green tea body, floral aroma, mellow taste, refreshing drink.
Coconut Matcha The sweet coconut juice paired with matcha is pretty good and very compatible.

Set A (10.-) This set has two pieces of butter grilled bread. Served with matcha butter, mixberry jam and milkgelato sprinkled with Japanese roasted rice. It's called a delicious dish. The more fragrant the butter grilled bread, the more delicious the matcha butter is. Eat alternately with mixberry jam in a variety of flavors.
Gelato Bento Set (399.-) If you come together for 4 people, you recommend this set to try it with water. In the gelatomatcha serving set, milk-flavored gelatro, dango, stirred Japanese red beans, hojicha waffles and Japanese roasted rice, give us DIY, every word of your own deliciousness, delicious and fun to eat.
New Menu! Hojicha on Cloud The store says we tried it first. The pudding is silky, smells of hojicha tea, is a little sweet, very enjoyable.
🎨 Another chic is the Cha and Ardel Gallery. They also have a monthly rotating Workshop at the exhibits. For example, the Workshop colors Chawan Cups, watercolors, and woodblock prints. Most of them are taught by artists who show their own work. Exclusive.

สำหรับคนที่หลงใหลในชาเขียวมัทฉะและศิลปะ Cha Nhapha ที่ตลิ่งชันเป็นตัวเลือกที่ผมรู้สึกว่าได้เติมเต็มประสบการณ์ทั้งรสชาติและบรรยากาศได้ครบถ้วนมากๆ ผมประทับใจกับการจัดพื้นที่ร้านที่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนนั่งพักอยู่ในสวนที่เต็มไปด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่และสีเขียวรอบตัว ทำให้การดื่มชาแต่ละแก้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและเชื่อมต่อกับธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง การตกแต่งด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้โทนสีเข้มแบบมินิมอลนั้นเหมาะกับสไตล์ชาญี่ปุ่นที่ร้านตั้งใจนำเสนออย่างมาก ชา Yama Signature Blend ที่ผมได้ลองนั้นเนื้อเนียนนุ่มและกลมกล่อมชัดมาก รู้สึกได้ว่าทางร้านเลือกใช้มัทฉะแท้ระดับพรีเมียมจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะเมนู Seasonal Clear ที่นำชามัทฉะ Tsuyuhikari จาก Shizuoka มาทำให้เห็นความพิถีพิถันในการเลือกวัตถุดิบอย่างชัดเจน นอกจากเครื่องดื่มแล้ว เมนูของหวานและเจลาโต้ เช่น Set A ที่มาพร้อมขนมปังย่างเนยและมิลค์เจลาโต้โรยข้าวคั่วญี่ปุ่น ถือเป็นการจับคู่ที่ลงตัว เพิ่มรสชาติและเนื้อสัมผัสที่หลากหลายให้แต่ละคำมีมิติยิ่งขึ้น ผมว่าถ้าใครมาเป็นกลุ่มหลายคนควรลอง Gelato Bento Set เพราะจะได้สนุกกับการ DIY รสชาติตามใจชอบพร้อมกัน อีกจุดที่ผมอยากแนะนำคือ Workshop ศิลปะที่ทางร้านและ Ardel Gallery จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำ เช่น การลงสีถ้วย Chawan หรือทำภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้ ที่ถ่ายทอดโดยศิลปินเจ้าของผลงานจริงๆ ช่วยยกระดับประสบการณ์ในการมาเยือนร้านนี้ให้ลึกซึ้งและมีความหมายมากขึ้น ผมคิดว่า Cha Nhapha ตลิ่งชันเหมาะมากสำหรับคนที่ต้องการพักผ่อนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ร่วมดื่มด่ำกับมัทฉะคุณภาพสูงและชื่นชมงานศิลป์ร่วมสมัยในบรรยากาศร่มรื่น ใครที่กำลังมองหามุมสงบในกรุงเทพฯ ที่ผสมผสานความอร่อยและศิลปะได้อย่างลงตัว ต้องไม่พลาดร้านนี้ครับ
