This experience facilitates deep relaxation and helps me access a peaceful mental state that feels both restorative and grounding. Creating these 'soft places' as safe spaces to reconnect is essential in our fast-paced lives. Whether dealing with emotional stress or physical fatigue, dedicating time to these healing modalities provides a gentle reminder to honor and nurture myself.
