The only way I survive extreme period pain🌸
I get the worst pain on the first day of my period out of any else I have ever met. I mean like drenched in sweat throwing up for hours. I have tried birth control, it’s not for me and I see it as a harmful bandaid to a larger issue. I have tried pain killers but they don’t help very much and also that is really hard on your liver taking those every month of your life. But these gummies that my mom has have saved me many times. I usually am completely incapacitated the day I get my period anyway so I take one of these as soon as I get my period and feel the pain coming on and it knocks me out for a couple hours so I get some good sleep and I wake up without near as much pain and without throwing up. Otherwise I cannot sleep it off bcz the pain is so immense. Taking melatonin too much can really mess up your sleep cycle but since I only take these every couple months I see nothing wrong with them. Would you guys try these? What other supplements or practices do you have to relive period pain?
