Rest and relaxation day: at 55 (almost 56) I’ve noticed my left knee and right Achilles has been stiffening up and swelling - causing ne to limp. Pool yoga and compression along with some anti-inflamitories have been helping. Sunshine and “tree-clipeses” are a bonus.
