6 Months of Progress: One Step Closer to My Goals!

Finding this page has been such a blessing—I wish I’d discovered it earlier! This is a 6-month transformation, and while I still have work to do, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. Most of my progress is thanks to a few key changes:

Stopping birth control.

Running again (hello, runner’s high!).

Calorie counting and mindful eating.

I’m about 10 pounds away from my goal weight, and now I’m ready to take things to the next level by incorporating strength training into my routine. The challenge? I have no clue where to start, and hiring a trainer isn’t in my budget right now.

If you have any good YouTube channels or websites for beginners that explain weight training basics, please drop them below! I don’t want to feel lost (or awkward) at the gym.

This journey has taught me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be consistent. I’ve learned to celebrate every small win because it all adds up over time.
