This Cinnamon Crunch Cake was so bomb! It tasted exactly like a cinnamon roll and it was real easy to make.🤍🍰

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs

¾ cup sour cream

2 cups cake flour (sifted)

¼ cup powdered sugar (combine with flour)

2 tsp baking powder

Filling:

1 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

Frosting:

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped cream cheese

Makes an 8x8 pan

Bake on 350°F for 40mins -1 hr or until toothpick comes out clean.
