What do you think next time out?

In theory, each coin roll

Equally likely to head or tails 50: 50

Which means

No matter how many times before,

Next time, the chances are still "the same."

But try to observe yourself

Every time we roll our heads together many times,

We'll start to think

"Next time you have to be tails."

Or sometimes think

"Hey, next time there's another chance!"

In fact, the coin is still the same.

The chances are still the same.

Why is that?

This is what our brains are doing.

It ties together the past and the present.

And it doesn't just happen with coins.

Think about when you do something and fail repeatedly.

Have you ever felt "We will never succeed"?

This is the idea that makes many people give up.

But the next action has the same chance of success.

"The past is over."

The previous events had nothing to do with today.

There's only our brain.

That keeps pulling it back to the present.

Let's let it go...

And then give the present opportunity to do its job
