Trying to read this and Bloodmarked before oathbpund come out March 4th
Okay, so I'm finally diving deep into the Legendborn series, and I can't believe it took me this long! Like many of you, I saw the hype, but now that Oathbound is on its way, I knew it was time to immerse myself. My current mission? Finishing Legendborn and Bloodmarked before March 4th – wish me luck! Speaking of *Legendborn*, let's talk about that cover. My Kindle e-reader currently displays the beautiful grayscale cover, and it's just stunning. The art, featuring a woman with curly hair, perfectly captures the essence of Bree Matthews. You can feel the power and mystery radiating from it, and that quote from Dhonielle Clayton on the cover just adds to the intrigue. It’s hard not to be drawn into the world Tracy Deonn has created just by looking at it. And then there’s *Bloodmarked*! While I'm still engrossed in *Legendborn*, I've definitely peeked at the Bloodmarked book cover, and wow, it's just as captivating. It continues the visual style in such a powerful way, hinting at the escalating stakes and emotional depth. I always find it fascinating how covers can tell a story even before you open the book, and both Legendborn and Bloodmarked do an incredible job of setting the tone for their epic narratives. What do you think of the cover designs? Do you prefer the first or second? The whole idea of being 'reborn as legend' really resonates with the core of this series. Bree's journey isn't just about discovering magic; it's about finding her true self and stepping into a destiny she never imagined. She's literally reborn into a new understanding of her lineage and capabilities, taking on a mantle that's steeped in ancient legends. It's that classic hero's journey, but with such a fresh, modern, and incredibly powerful voice. As a reader, you feel every step of her transformation from a grieving teen to a formidable warrior destined for greatness. It’s truly inspiring to see a character grow into their power and embrace their legendary potential. Reading on my Kindle, especially with its clear protective case, has been such a convenient way to devour these books. I love how I can carry both Legendborn and Bloodmarked with me everywhere. The grayscale display might not show the vibrant colors of the covers, but it makes the text so easy on the eyes during long reading sessions. If you’re thinking of starting this series, I highly recommend it! Make sure you have both books ready because you'll want to jump straight from Legendborn to *Bloodmarked*.
