Idk who needed to hear this but… I love you. It’s going to be okay ❤️
Experiencing loss, especially the unimaginable grief of losing a child, can leave one feeling overwhelmed and isolated. I want to share from my own journey that expressing love and offering reassurance, even in the darkest moments, can bring unexpected warmth and strength. Sometimes, just hearing or reading a gentle reminder that "it's going to be okay" can create a small but vital beacon of hope. Grief does not follow a linear path, and it is okay to feel a wide range of emotions—from sadness and anger to numbness and confusion. What helped me was allowing myself to feel these emotions fully, while also seeking support from friends, family, or support groups who understand the pain of loss. If you or someone you know is struggling with the loss of a loved one, especially a child, know that you are not alone. Small acts of kindness—like reaching out with a simple "I love you" or offering a listening ear—can make a profound difference. Over time, healing may not mean forgetting but learning to carry the memories in a way that honors the love shared. Remember, even when words fall short, presence and empathy have tremendous power. Keep holding onto those reminders: you are loved, and it will be okay.
