Ran my Pace. Moved with Intention. TMC Mindset

Sunday 6AM solo grind but surrounded by the TMCrc. I walked, I jogged, kept it true to my pace. Didn’t force it. Truth is, I don’t think I’m cut out for running like that…but I am cut out for the mindset. The discipline. The Nip frequency. Grateful to move in the orbit of such a driven, positive crew. They’re on beast mode…they ran a half marathon…I was just out there trying to stay aligned, move with intention, soak it all in, and surround myself in inspiration….I also hit two piers and took in all the Venice street art along the way…

In gratitude to Mr JP for building a community I’ve been in search of for years and accepting me for my beginner status. For someone who has never ran in her life, I pushed past what I thought I could do and that was major for me. I know I got more in me too. You never know what you’re capable of, don’t count yourself out, show up, try, and put in some work 🏁 And shoutout to @marathonburger - a testament to legacy - teamed up with @c4energy, for fueling us up—vegan options included!
